Coaching

The most important person in coaching is you, the client. The role of the coach is to support your growth and development, increase your self confidence, strengthen and leverage your strengths, and improve yourself in areas of development that you deem most critical for your success in life and at work.

That said, your determine what areas you’d like to be coached on and what outcomes you’d like to achieve. The coach collaborates with you to gain greater clarity on these.

Life Coaching focuses more on who you are as a person, how these impact you and others, and what you’d like to have more of and/or be different in your life. It can cover personal and professionals/career aspects.

Executive Coaching focuses more on you as a leader, what kind of leader you want to be, how you can bring out the best in your direct reports/team members and help them grow and develop, and enhance specific leadership skills. It may also cover personal and professional/career aspects.
