In a nutshell, the 2018 study conducted by Human Capital Institute (HCI)
in partnership with the International Coach Federation (ICF) show that organizations that use coaching by a professional practicioner and build a strong coaching culture have improved talent and business outcomes. Coaching helps change leaders implement more successful change initiatives and projects.
